- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost or has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will initiate a return or exchange for the damaged items.
8. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
- Return to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the order to the correct address.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipping at your expense.
