2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

2️⃣ Approval and Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization along with detailed instructions for the return.
3️⃣ Return Shipment: Carefully package the item(s) and return them to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
- Replacement Items: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like to receive as a replacement.
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

- Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may be charged by the destination country.
- Return Shipping: For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
